They are breaking consumer law and I feel I have been scammed. They keep saying they are unable to issue a refund.
They keep putting up barriers: asked me to create and activate the online account and submit a complaint (there wasn't even an option to submit the complaint once logged in), stating I need to wait 28 days for them to review the case, providing misleading information, sending me to another website to create a second account to submit the complaint (which didn't work and just showed an error upon submitting details), saying someone will call back (but never did).
